Guidance & Channelling

This session is recommended for people who are feeling a bit stuck, and would like a clearer understanding on their journey.

We might come across some very solid beliefs that are holding you back.

We will move the energy in your body so you can clear old programming.

This session is about expansion into a new version of you, new possibilities, and new steps.

Come into this session open and willing to look at some of your definitions and beliefs. We will most likely tune into your emotional body and bring in more energy for those parts that need it the most.

It will take some time, adjustment, discernment and Self Love to integrate this session. So, go gently with yourself.

I am always happy to help through further communication.

Session 2 

Chakra Alignment & Activation

Create a more aware communication & connection to your inner rhythm, harmony, peace, and passion.

Working together I will guide you to gently work with yourself through self-love and compassion. Along with softly letting go of judgement, and feelings of unworthiness. In doing so, you will be building your sovereignty and empowerment within, becoming the peaceful warrior and a Master of your creation.

What happens in the session?

I will be asking you about yourself, just like I would if I were meeting anyone for the first time. Eventually, I will be asking you more about your priorities, so that I have a clear idea on any intentions we want to work with. This is also a good time to ask me any questions or voice any concerns you may have.

All information is kept strictly confidential.

We will investigate each energy centre and where any energetic stagnancy is stored. We will shine a light on where they are limiting your experience in here and now. A meditation or a light language activation or some tools will be presented for us to work with. No two sessions are the same. Sometimes I use crayons and paper to unpack an emotion. It all depends on individual needs and the higher guidance. I will also show you how to work with emotions to your benefit.

At the end I will ground us back and review anything else that is needed.

Please remember to drink a lot of water afterwards. The water will clear the released toxins and patterns quicker and will carry the new information into place.

It is a process that requires awareness, patience, and love.

If you like I will record the session so you can re-listen as many times as you need.
